Mike Walsh is a co-founder of Salem Wellness Group LLC and owns Northwest Forge with his wife McKyla. He has a bachelor's degree from Corban University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Mike loves helping people be successful, especially in their fitness journey. He takes an empowering approach to fitness, showing each individual their inner strength before helping them move forward, no matter where they are starting from.

Caleb Hood owns and operates Hood’s Martial Arts Academy (Hood’s MAA), and with his friends Mike and McKyla Walsh, helped develop Salem Wellness Group. He currently holds the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kajukenbo Tum Pai, a mixed martial art from Hawaii, and cross-trains in Brazilian Jiujitsu. Hood’s MAA offerings include classes for kids (6-12) and teens/adults (13+). Hood’s MAA prides itself on its welcoming atmosphere of all abilities and its dedication to improving the entire self through self-defense, Tai Chi, and fitness training. Caleb’s focus, regardless if the topic is fitness or self-defense, is always real life application and his classes reflect that focus. Outside of his training, Caleb enjoys traveling, eating interesting food, and spending quality time with his loving wife.

McKyla Walsh is a co-founder of Salem Wellness Group LLC and operates Northwest Forge with her husband Mike.
McKyla is the behind the scenes gal of Salem Wellness Group. She is the business coordinator and does all of the building maintenance, supply management, and coordinating between the team.
McKyla is a mother, wife, and avid horse lover. She enjoys helping people realize their true potential through fitness and motivation.
Ona Lisa, FST
Ona is a mother of 2 and madly in love with her husband of 23 years. She is a Level 2 Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist from Stretch To Win Institute™ in Arizona. She first got certified in 2015 and shortly started her own business to allow her to spend more time with family and focus on her health after struggling through some medical issues. In February 2016, she received her level 2 certification. It has been a life changer and she can't thank Chris and Ann Fredrick enough for the opportunity to learn a skill that allows her to give back.
Tawnya Grogan is a licensed massage therapist who works with people of all ages and background to help them bring balance and wellness into their lives. She believes, with the power of touch, that she can help regain the body’s power and functionality to heal itself. Massage therapy is proven to reduce pain, decrease stress and induce homeostasis. Tawnya has garnered wisdom to assess posture and improve muscle function with various massage tools and techniques. Tawnya has trained in trigger point release, therapeutic massage, relaxation massage and aromatherapy. Tawnya is a graduate of Oregon School of Massage and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She is a firm believer in the benefits of training the mind through meditation and has a continuous appetite for knowledge.
